Pro is a one-time purchase processed by Apple via the App Store. To restore Pro on a new device, open the app and tap More → Subscription → Restore Purchases. For refunds or receipts, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from inside the app: More → Settings → Delete Account. This removes your invoices, quotes, customers, and employee records. You can also email us to request deletion.
Every invoice, quote, and payslip can be downloaded as a PDF at any time. For a full export of your account data, email support@faktur.my from your account email address.
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and we never sell it. Read our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
